Tresemall: the new website of the Tresemane Commercial District is now online

The new Tresemall website is now online, marking an important step in the development of the Tresemane Commercial District, one of the main retail and business areas in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The project was created through the collaboration between the municipalities of Tavagnacco (lead partner), Reana del Rojale, Tricesimo and Cassacco, together with Confcommercio Imprese per l’Italia – Udine, the Pordenone-Udine Chamber of Commerce, and the Mercato Nuovo business network. The initiative represents a concrete example of public–private cooperation aimed at strengthening and promoting the local commercial ecosystem.

The Tresemane commercial district develops along State Road 13 and includes approximately 13 kilometres of businesses, with 250,000 square metres of retail space and around 1,000 companies, ranging from large retail brands to neighbourhood shops and local services. The district’s goal is to support economic growth, urban regeneration and tourism development, while reinforcing the identity of this important commercial corridor.

“The name Tresemall comes from the combination of Tresemane and the word all, meaning everyone: the idea of an open territory built together,” explains Giovanni Cucci, Mayor of Tavagnacco.

“Over the past months we have built a concrete collaboration between public institutions and private businesses that goes beyond simple institutional coordination. The contribution of the Mercato Nuovo Business Network is particularly significant, as it actively participates in the project by co-financing marketing and urban activation initiatives — a unique case in the region. The Tresemall website was created to become the gateway to the Tresemane commercial system and to showcase, in a single digital space, the richness of businesses, services and experiences available across this territory.”

Tresemall looks to the future of commerce as an integrated system, capable of making the territory more connected, attractive and recognisable. By combining digital tools, business initiatives and urban regeneration projects, the district aims to strengthen the visibility of local businesses and create new opportunities for economic development.

From fashion and home goods to automotive, wellness, local food and ethnic cuisine, as well as services related to mobility and leisure, Tresemall offers a wide range of shopping and lifestyle experiences. The district represents a new way to experience retail and services within a single commercial ecosystem in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The new Tresemall website represents the first step towards building the digital home of the district, a platform that will progressively include new information, tools and initiatives related to the Tresemane commercial area. The goal is to create a central hub that connects businesses, supports local commerce and helps citizens and visitors discover the many opportunities along this important economic corridor.

Visitors to the website can explore the complete directory of businesses, with detailed profiles, multimedia content and an interactive map that makes it easy to navigate shops, services and activities throughout the area.

The project was developed through a shared strategic vision among the district partners, which led to the definition of a clear positioning, a communication strategy and a coordinated visual identity for the new Tresemall territorial brand. For the development of the brand positioning, communication strategy and visual identity, Tresemall collaborated with the Friuli-based communication agency Emporio ADV.

Valentina Fietta, Project Manager of the initiative, concludes:

“The website represents the first step of a broader development strategy, both for the platform itself and for the initiatives of the district. In the coming months new actions will be launched to support local businesses and enhance the territory. In the coming weeks a call dedicated to companies will be published, together with the assignment for drafting the integrated commerce and urban planning masterplan, in line with the new Regional Law 17/2025 on commerce, with the aim of defining the district’s development actions for the coming years.”
